Together we look to agree on potential opportunities to improve your efficiencies, cost and overall service. Pro Star Alliance currently works with the leading industry suppliers to compare costs.
What if I don't want to change suppliers?
In many cases, changing suppliers can be disruptive and even costly. We encourage long-term relationships. Our supplier alliances are likely companies you work with already. However, by reviewing and comparing several programs through our alliance partners, we can often help your company discover lower cost options with equal or better quality. In addition, we can set up e-commerce auction practices, whereas commodity category and services can be auctioned while you participate online.
How will Pro Star Alliance affect our current procurement team?
We will work with and under the direction of your purchasing and executive team to be sure and operate only within your objectives. Our objective is to help coordinate and conduct supplier reviews to ensure the quality and cost efficiencies are fully obtained.
How much savings can I expect to see?
Depending on the category under review, we have seen 5% – 20% reduction in cost. While our clients find the savings important, they also value the increased quality and service commitments from their suppliers as a result of our process. Lower cost, higher quality expectations and stronger levels of service are the baseline goals. Even by remaining with an incumbent supplier, better understanding on your operating challenges can increase ongoing review of costs and improvements.

How much does Pro Star Alliance cost?
Pro Star Alliance obtains their revenue by an agreed upon percentage from your overall program cost savings. This is agreed by estimating (together) the new program enhancements. Since Pro Star Alliance relies on partnering with the industry’s leading and most competitive suppliers, we generally look to share that compensation percentage through the winning supplier.
